Mary Louise Pernod founded Hire Options Inc. in 2000, after spending the better part of her 20 year business career hiring, developing, and managing outstanding sales people.

Prior to founding Hire Options, Mary Louise worked in a range of management and leadership positions at RH Donnelly, the publisher of Yellow Pages directories across the United States. Under Mary Louise's leadership at RH Donnelly, the firm was able to consistently increase sales in the New York Metropolitan area, while developing successful new products and sales strategies. And as Director of Training and Development, Mary Louise created and implemented an innovative management development program for high potential salespeople and sales managers.

Prior to her career at RH Donnelly, Mary Louise taught adult education classes in communications at business colleges and educational services.

Mary Louise Pernod received her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany. She also attended Pace University for graduate studies.
